Membership
The Arts Council is a membership organization. Contributions from members help support the work of the council and by extension, ensure the success of all arts organizations in the Upper Catskills. Your support is an investment in a vibrant and exciting artistic community!

Our membership is up 35% in the past fiscal year and currently includes over 400 families and businesses.

The Arts Council has just launched a new membership campaign with the goal of bringing our membership level to 500 by this summer! Why is membership so important? Your donation, combined with the contributions of other members, keeps our organization vital! Membership support provides us with the resources necessary to say “yes” to creative ideas that come from the arts community – ideas like student exhibitions, pre-school art classes, music performances and more!

Our Board of Directors has approved new membership opportunities and benefits, including discounts at our School for the Arts, employee benefits for business members and a new member’s reception event in December! Members also receive our quarterly newsletter and mailings announcing exhibitions, classes and the film series line-up, as well as discounts in the gift shop, galleries and to our film series.
